I walk where the pavement is cracked and dreams get tested,
Where hearts once perfect, now feel affected,
Through sirens, silence, and truths neglected,
Still I rise, my soul collected, but always rejected.
They said I was lost, too far, so disconnected,
But I found my tribe, now we are truly connected,
Through scars and stars we have been corrected,
Lessons learned, pain deflected.
Some nights are so hard, they can leave me dejected,
Someone in my face and thoughts introspected.
Still I speak fire, unrestrained and unprotected,
My words are my weapon, my life reflected
